If you are a returning member of the diaspora, you can find forms to register as a Returning National, which may include duty concessions forms for household goods or vehicle imports. The government also offers various social service forms, such as scholarship and educational grant forms (through the Ministry of Education), health insurance enrollment forms, and social assistance applications (for example, for elderly or disability support programs).
